Applying Organizational Democracy Principles
Translations available in: English (original) | French | Spanish | Italian | German | Portuguese | Swedish | Russian | Dutch | Arabic

In order to fully and effectively function, organizational democracy has to be definitely incorporated to an organization or institution. WorldBlu's vision and principles are definitely the most standard and compelling ones that frames the different practices and politics of the company. rnOut of all the 10 principles, the best 2 that I would choose and leverage for my project's or initiative will be: Purpose and Vision, Decentralization. First, Purpose and Vision are the fundamental core and essence of the project or initiative. Without those the undertaking is meaningless. My project is made worthy and significant with its vision and purpose that it has and can therefore proceed and advance in a well-determined direction. My initiative is socially focused but with a huge technical definition considering its implementation. The purpose and vision are providing learning through advanced technology to underserved population and this is deemed achievable in a long or short term as long as this purpose and vision are sustained by the required actions and activities. rnSecondly, I chose decentralization because that's a core factor in how an institution is run and managed. One essential and necessary element of leadership is the ability to bring tasks to execution by tapping into decentralization and making sure people are employed for their abilities and talents that will help deliver the expected results or products.
